Delete your Puzzle Lane account

You can request deletion of your Puzzle Lane account and associated data at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Puzzle Lane app
- Sign in to the account you want to delete
- Go to Profile (avatar in the top bar)
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
This removes your Supabase Auth account and associated profile, scores, challenges, friends, and device tokens from Puzzle Lane.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot open the app, email us and we will process the deletion:
Please include:
- Subject: Delete my Puzzle Lane account
- The email or phone number used to sign in
- Your display name (if you remember it)
We aim to delete the account and associated data within 30 days of verifying the request.
What gets deleted
- Account credentials (email / phone / Google sign-in link)
- Profile details (name, country, photo)
- Game scores, levels, and challenge history tied to your account
- Friendships and friend requests
- Push notification device tokens for your account
- Ad-free purchase flags stored on your profile (Play purchases remain managed by Google Play)
