Puzzle Lane Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Puzzle Lane is a puzzle and brain-training game. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.
Information we collect
- Name — shown on leaderboards and challenges
- Email — used for sign-in and account verification
- Country — shown as a flag next to your name in rankings
- Phone number — optional, used only if you provide it
- Game scores and challenge history — used for rankings and Together challenges
- Device push token — only if lock-screen notifications are enabled
- Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to show and measure ads, unless you have removed ads
How we use this information
We use this data to create your account, show rankings, enable open and friend challenges, Bluetooth nearby matches, and (if you opt in) send challenge notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Ads
Puzzle Lane may show ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can buy an ad-free option in the app where Google Play Billing is available.
Storage
Account, scores, challenges, friends, and in-app notification data are stored in Supabase. Optional lock-screen alerts use Expo’s push service when the device allows notifications. We do not store player accounts in Firebase.
Your choices
You can delete your account anytime from Profile in the app. That removes your Supabase Auth account and associated profile, scores, challenges, friends, and device tokens.
Step-by-step delete instructions (also for Google Play): Delete your Puzzle Lane account
